Yeah, hello and welcome to No Rush Podcast, where we talk all things health, wellness, fitness in your own time on No Rush. And today we are talking about me. I'm excited. Yeah, I'm excited too. Um, yeah. I mean, it sounds a little ridiculous, but the reason that we're talking about me is because I met Georgia um when she first became a personal trainer. And Dunedin. In Dunedin, yeah. And um I was one of her first clients at Liz Mills. Second ever client. Second Liz Mills Dadin. Yeah. And um yeah, before her, I was a completely different person to the person that I am now. And No Rush Collective is essentially, yeah. I want the reason I'm working with Georgia now is I want people like me three, four years ago to be um what am I trying to say here?
SPEAKER_00To be part of this, to be changed by this kind of philosophy.
SPEAKER_01Exactly, to have a journey similar to what I did, pretty much, because I like me better now than I did back then.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01But um George's got a rogue question to start off.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yes. Um, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, which I haven't seen.
SPEAKER_00Um, I was like, Britt, we need to think of something kind of rogue to start off the podcast because I think it's kind of funny to break the ice with something, you know, weird. Um, so you need to think of the top five things that you wouldn't get into the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders team and like reasons why. And I wrote them down on the notes on my phone. Did you write yours down? No. Also, I haven't seen the show. Add it to Britney's list that she needs to go and watch these. Do you have the things that you've thought of at the top of your head? Num, yeah, number one. Hit it.
SPEAKER_01I have no I am stiff as a board. I cannot dance.
SPEAKER_00We're gonna like one day we'll do a a dance sequence. I don't know about that, my dude. Sorry. Put that on the uh video, please, Dan.
SPEAKER_01Thanks. Um, yeah, one, I can't dance. Two, I've never oh no, I've done one flip in my life on a trampoline and I fell straight through the springs back before there were like no safety features on a trampoline. Yeah, you were the one that they made the safety features for.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Um, number three, I can touch my toes.
SPEAKER_00Oh, you've got your hamstrings really you tore it once and it's really tight, right?
SPEAKER_01Yes, I did do that. Um I can touch my toes, but I can't touch much further. I'm not very flexible. Am I the least flexible person? No. But I I still wouldn't get into the Dallas cowboy cheerleaders. Number four, I'm not in Dallas. Yeah, big factor. It costs a lot of money to travel there. Number five, I don't think I want to. Fair. There you go.
SPEAKER_00I made all those up on the spot. See, I really, my five I've thought about, and I have like a completely different angle to you. Yeah. Because you've gone like, not a dancer, don't want to do it. Yeah. And me like danced for 18 years, would love to do this. I'm like, athleticism, my toxic trait is thinking I can do a jump split without even like in no warm up, I can just do it. Yeah. Um, so my five reasons are not related to any of that at all. My reason one is the low-rise mini shorts they have to wear because my stomach and buck cheeks would be 110% out for show for everyone. And I think they need to pay more in order to see that. Oh, that is a good point. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00The little tiny denim shorts. Or number two, when Kelly zooms in on the headshots before their auditions, she'll like zoom really in close to their face. And I know if she did that to me, then she would see my mustaches.
SPEAKER_01Surely you could shave them off before that.
SPEAKER_00I just think it's quite obvious. That's my number two. Um, number three, during a candid photo shoot, you would definitely see my snaggle tooth. Because they all have these like straight teeth. Yeah. Which is just crazy to me. That's quite an American thing, eh?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, because I don't know.
SPEAKER_00I think like I never had braces. I never had any of that. And I love my snaggle tooth. It's my personality.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, if I got yelled at instant tears.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yelled at for anything. Me too, actually. You're not pointing your toes, your relevay is not high enough, would cry instantly. Uh, number five. I have never been able to successfully pull off either a natural suntan or an artificial fake tan. That's not true. I don't think so. That is not true. The thing is, because we're going to be recording this podcast regularly, you'll see my tan change into the summer, and I will still look like this next to Britt. Yeah. Those are my five. I mean, yeah. Okay. Fair enough. But I tell you what, if you ask me to do a jump split, done. Do a jump split. Well, not right now. Um, perhaps another time. When we leave today, I'll do a jump split. Yeah, I'd love to see that.
SPEAKER_01I'll make sure to film it. Right. Cool. Anyway, back to Britt. Yeah, so shall we get into it? Um, okay, so I'm calling this era of my life BG before Georgia. I'm gonna paint you a picture. So before Georgia, like when I was in high school, I um I was a cyclist. I did a lot of cycling. Um, I won't start by telling you, like, oh, I've never been into fitness. Like, that's not at all the truth. However, when I quit cycling, I always wanted to be gym girl, you know? And it just never really stuck. Like it was very inconsistent. Sometimes I'd get into it for like a couple of months and then it would just like I'd just fall off, you know. Um, and I'm sure that is a very common story amongst many, many, many people. A hundred percent. 100%. Um, and a lot of it was driven by my body image. I wanted to look a certain way. Um yeah, we'll get get back to that later on.
SPEAKER_00We could probably even like pull out the notes from when you first saw me. Yeah. That would probably be all these things.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh, that would be really interesting, actually. Yeah. I'm very curious about that. And like the nutrition consult as well.
unknownMan.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you'd have to clear permission for that. But yeah, I clear, I've got no secrets. I've never had a secret in my life. Right. Um, yeah, like I was when I first met Georgia, I was like, I was shy, I was anxious, I had no confidence whatsoever. And that is something that I was like all throughout high school as well. I was never outgoing. Um if yeah, like I would in English class when they like make you do a speech and shit, that like, yeah, I would literally stand up and I'd like go and then I'd be like nut and sit straight back down. Like I could not do it. I was a completely different person. And yeah, now I'm sitting here on a podcast. Crazy. And I'm a group fitness instructor. I stand on a stage and I talk into a microphone for money. Wild. So yeah, basically, yeah. That was me, BG, before Georgia. Um, and yeah, I wanted to obviously get into the gym. I wasn't liking the way that I looked. Um, I thought maybe if I got a personal trainer, then it would stick. And spoiler alert, it did. But I actually think that a lot of that is to do with the personal trainer that I was matched with rather than just because I got a personal trainer.
SPEAKER_00That's so cute. Because at the time when you like put your info in, yeah, you'd like uh put forward, I want a PT, this is what I'm after, rah-rah. And Camille, who will definitely be listening to this right now, um, she would then put you with the PT who either had like the preference or the specialty or you know, something similar. And so that she matched us together, basically. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And I honestly, it was like love at first sight. We hit it off, didn't we?
SPEAKER_00We the first thing we bonded over was the fact that we're both scared of vomit.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Oh my gosh, that's so true. Because like part of the the like pre-screening was, do you drink alcohol? And I was like, uh, not a lot because I'm scared of throwing up. She's like, mate.
SPEAKER_00And then I was like, okay, we're not doing any intense cardio because it'll make you feel sick. Literally.
SPEAKER_01And then um, it was the nails. Do you remember I had those like cobalt blue nails and I had glow in the dark top coat on? And I told Georgia, she sprinted to the light switch. I was like, cool, we're gonna be friends, and then reinforced because I remember, I remember it so clearly. I was I went to, I must have gone to work afterwards or something. I don't know. Got I was in the car park and um I got a text from Georgia who I'd met that day. And she was like, You inspired me. I'm buying all of that now stuff right now.
SPEAKER_00I'm way too extroverted for my own good.
SPEAKER_01Like I missed it back. Yeah. Um, yeah, so we clicked right away, um, which was really cool.
SPEAKER_00And I have always had painted nails since. Yes, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Show the camera.
SPEAKER_00Actually, I can I can one of them fell off today. Okay. So I'm showing nine fingers if you're listening and not watching. Yeah, and they're orange and pink. Yeah. But they're not glow in the dark rip.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. So that's before Georgia. Um yeah, completely different person to who I am now. Um, and the yeah, the I guess the intention behind today's episode is to hopefully if any of that resonates with you, hopefully by the end of this episode, you'll be feeling a little bit more like, oh, actually I could achieve X, Y, Z. I have a question.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. How did it feel coming into the gym for a PT session? Like what was going through your head before then?
SPEAKER_01Oh, that is a great question. And I've actually I've got a point to make later on similar to this. Um before, yeah, I was very intimidated, particularly on the gym floor. Um, the group fitness classes, I think I think they're pretty inclusive in general. Um, but at the same time, I was definitely being very brave because like you walk in there and most people in a group fitness class have been doing it for however long they know what's going on. Um my first one was body pump and like having to take the weights off those barbells. I was like, actually, what the heck is going on? Doing a clean and press, I was like, what is she doing up there? Yeah, so definitely intimidating. Um and yeah, if I honestly were to give any real advice for that, is you just have to understand that it is intimidating, but like you just gotta do it anyway.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like humans weren't meant to be in a room exercising in front of people. Like that was never supposed to be a thing. Like, of course, it's something that you feel self-conscious doing. Yes. I mean, I'm a trainer that's done this for a long time, and I still get self-conscious and intimidated in a gym environment. And I don't think that'll ever change.
SPEAKER_01No, and I still do too.
SPEAKER_00I went to the gym today and I was like a little bit like about it. Yeah, but it'll never change. If you're on the podcast and you missed what post and it was like a little penguin waddle, their shoulders up, like, don't like that.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And getting the anxiety traps in action. Yeah, yeah, that's why my traps are so ripped.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, me.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And um also the other piece of advice that I'd have if you are in that situation is actually to talk to an exercise professional, whether that is your group fitness instructor, a personal trainer, um, one of the people who just wander around the gym with a, you know, uniform on. Um, we love exercise. We want to talk about it. We love yapping. As intimidating as some of those exercise professionals may look, I promise you, as soon as you start talking to them, they're gonna have a massive grin on their face. They're gonna be so excited to be able to talk to you about it. Please, like, ask us about it.
SPEAKER_00And building on from that, I have the this one time we had a new machine in the gym and it was the hyperextension machine. And um, a girl was using it, and I was walking past, and she stopped me and she goes, Hey, I'm so sorry. Could you help me change the height on this, please? Like I've been trying to do it for ages and I can't. And I was like, Oh my god, yeah, sure thing. And I like got down and I was like, I've never used this machine before. How do you change it? Keeping in mind, I've worked at this gym for quite a long time. Um, and I looked at it and I was like, to be honest, girl, I got no clue. I was like trying to pull it apart, and then I had to signal other people to come and help. There were like five of us that came and did it together.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. We're all human and we're all yeah, just trying our best. Yeah. So please, um, yeah. If you are intimidated in the gym, please don't be intimidated to talk to us because we love it. That's why we are doing the jobs that we're doing because we like to talk. Yeah. And we like exercise. Yeah. Yeah. Do you have any things to do?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, to you've definitely covered my question. Oh, BG. Well, I didn't really know BG. No, you didn't know BG Brit. That's why it's BG.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, yeah. So I started off with one PT session a week with Georgia.
SPEAKER_00We had to rotate it for your shifts as well. I remember you were like DM at the time or something. Yeah. And it was like mornings and then evenings, and yeah. Yeah. Yep. So we had like rotating. I had to work to keep her as a cloth.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And aren't you glad you did? Oh, yeah. Yeah. So I had one session a week with Georgia. Um prior to this. I mean, like, we've all been in situations where it's like, um, okay, I'm getting into the gym. My goal, five sessions a week. This is when I'm doing it. This is what I have to do. If I don't hit that five sessions, I've I've failed pretty much. I was definitely in that sort of situation.
SPEAKER_00I vividly remember talking you down from like four or five sessions a week, yeah. Two or three in that first consult as well. Yes. And like the headspace around that too. Yeah. Because I used to think that too. Like it's yeah. I think that's pretty common feeling. Oh, it's like my main conversation in any of those. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So um, yeah, I started off with my one session a week. And then it honestly, I must have been seeing you for months before I got to this point. But I remember my session with Georgia and doing her body pump class on a Wednesday afternoon. Um those two sessions were like I always did those. And it got to the point where the the feelings of like um I guess discipline of like I have to do five sessions a week, or I have to hit however many sessions a week. Um the discipline didn't matter. It was just on Thursday, I'm a Georgia, on Wednesday, I do body farm. Like it was just like habit, it was just part of the routine. Um and I kind of think that would be my advice for anyone getting into the gym. Pick something that is fun and then honestly just do one a week.
SPEAKER_00And it got to a point as an instructor as well, where I would teach that Wednesday class, and if you weren't there, I'd be like, where the heck is she? Why is she not in that back left corner?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yes, exactly. That was my spot. Yeah, back left. Yeah. And the reason I talk about that body pump class is because I remember specifically the day I was mid, probably backtrack, and I was like, I'm having so much fun. And everyone knows the feeling of exercise where you feel really good afterwards, but you hate it when you're doing it. That was the first time that I was exercising and I was having fun while I was doing it. And that was like it's always mid-backtrack as well. Honestly, there's something about those those beats, the clean impress. Yeah. Um and the reason that I tell this sort of story is because this is like no joke, months and months and months after I'd actually first met Georgia and started doing these sessions. Um and after that sort of feeling where it like clicked, um, I started slowly building up the sessions. I started doing a body balance on Tuesday, which was also Georgia's class, coincidentally. Um and yeah.
SPEAKER_00I had you on the app at one point too, way, with like doing a program. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And like with time, I was like building it up. And then all of a sudden it was like again, it was like routine. Like it wasn't discipline, it was just this is what I do because it's fun, and it's what I do on a Tuesday, it's what I do on a Wednesday. Yeah. Um and yeah, going back to the reason I bring this up is like this message that we've talked about a few times of like long-term consistency over the all or nothing mindset. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01100% lost my train of thought now.
SPEAKER_00I can um interrupt while you think, and that is remember the the session that you cancelled on me last minute? Britain never cancels anything last minute, and it was really weird. We were training together on a Monday morning.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh, this is crazy. That's literally my next point. Really? Okay, great. No, you you can't.
SPEAKER_00I can tell, I'll I'll tell this and then you carry on. Um and then you didn't say anything, she didn't turn up. It was like a last-minute cancel, and I was like, oh my god, I'm so sickly worried about her, but you know, there's kind of like respecting people's privacy and boundaries and rah-rah and all that kind of stuff.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, because I was like due to personal reasons.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I was I'm not gonna investigate that. Um and then the next week we went, we walked up together, met me at the front of the gym, we went into go to our session, and I turned to I was just like, Hey, you know, how have you been? You're like good, good, and I turned to you and I was like, So hope everything's all right, burst out into tears like directly in front of me. And I was like, Oh, okay, okay. Arm around her, ushered her through reception. But I remember the staff looking at us and they were like, Is everything all good? I was like, Don't ask. Yeah. I don't even talk to us. And I pulled you straight out and went to go and get coffee at the cafe up the road, standard kitchen. Yeah. And then we just sat there and talked about how your life completely flipped.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. For context, I'd been in a relationship for the last six years, and the reason I'd cancelled the week before is because that relationship had ended and um I was sad. So I I went home to my parents for the week. Yeah. And then came back and was still sad. And actually, dot dot dot yeah, um throughout that, like this is around the same time that I started like I guess like forming the routine, having the the habit, those sorts of things. Um, and whenever I came in and was having a sad time of it, Georgia instead of training me through it, took me out for coffee. And it was like just any time that I needed it. Um and yeah, I think that's really important because like I don't know, again, it's like long term long term health over today's session. Like it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_00I mean, sometimes we'd get a coffee and then we'd have the intention of being like, oh, we can just wrap it up there. But then we'd get the coffee and end up back at the gym and then I'd be yapping to you while you were doing something. Yeah, just exactly notice. Exactly. Yeah, yeah. Give for it a coffee and she'll do anything. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, exactly. Um and yeah, it was all throughout this like this period, basically, where um everything just kind of shifted, I reckon. Shifted, everything got better. And I've written in my notes here, um, that at the time like I was sad, like it was quite a life-changing event for me. Um, and I remember having this thought like on repeat of like anything, anytime something would happen that was bad in my life, I'd just be like, I don't care, the worst things already happened. You know? And that's a really sad thought to think about like now, and it's very dramatic to think about now. But I think that that in general kind of improved my confidence in general. Um, and then ended up obviously in. I guess the mindset that I'm in at the moment so basically just had like a um yeah, like I I am a change in my life and yeah, it boosted the confidence as well. So like as much as the gym was hugely improving my quality of life in general regarding confidence, um yeah, there was also that that that helped.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think what you were doing was you were meeting your body and your head were where they were on that day. Yeah. So like you had no expectation of what you wanted to do. It was just like present and then whatever your head was telling you or your body was telling you, you'd be like, Cool, this is happening.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It was almost just riding the wave.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. And it was the first time in my whole life that I'd ever been in that situation as well. Because I'd always been, you called it restrict and relapse last, you know, in one of the last episodes. Um, I was always like that. And having you as my both as my personal trainer and as my friend during that period helped me to like pull out of that and I was listening to how I felt. I was still exercising. None of it ever, the exercise never paused. Um, but I never felt pressure to exercise. And I never felt like I failed if I didn't. Yeah. Which is really important. And honestly is my why for being with No Rush Collective as well. Because I want other people to have that realization as well. Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, continuing with the story, um, fast forward, um, I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, and I had made the decision to move to Christchurch. And we um I literally had everything organized. Like I had a job that I'd signed a contract for. I'd resigned from my current job. Like, yeah, I was ready to go. Um, and then you and I had coffee.
SPEAKER_00After our like last PT session, it was like the goodbye coffee. Yeah, pretty much. And yeah, what did you say? You were like, You were yapping about you you had one hesitation where you were like, oh, maybe you know, I could stay in Dunedin. And I was like, Yeah, literally. I was like, oh, maybe this isn't the right idea.
SPEAKER_01And you were like, you should stay. I'll train you, you do this, you do this. I was like, you know what? Yeah. So I did. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, and yeah. Every single Wednesday afternoon class that you used to come to became our stage. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it was always George's, but like we can't. Yeah, we can't say that too much because I'll cry because I'm about to give it up. So my god, that's really sad. Different story. Okay, anyway. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01But like, yeah, that class that that's actually yeah, that class that like that first class that I was like, oh my god, I'm enjoying exercise. I'm enjoying this while I'm doing it. I was teaching it. Yeah. So it was pretty cool. Pretty cool, like full circle moment. Um, Georgia obviously mentored me all through it. And again, like the approach that she had for our personal training sessions was exactly the same with the the mentoring.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And same with the nutrition work too. Like, I can remember you talking about wanting to have something convenient, and we were going on about burritos.
SPEAKER_01Oh my gosh, yeah. Freezer burritos. The frozen burritos.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01They're they're pretty banging, to be honest. I also remember from that nutrition consult, um, we were talking about milk, and you were like, What kind of milk do you have? And I was like, dark blue. And then before you could say anything else, I was like, It's the only one that I'm gonna have in my coffee.
SPEAKER_00And I was like, Yeah, fair. And you were like, Okay, fair enough.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, awkward. It crossed the best. Yeah. Man, that's funny. I forgot about that. Yeah. Um, so yeah, and also it it was around then too that when I was like training, that um we called it the Georgia verse at the time.
SPEAKER_00And by we, not me.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, just all of Georgia's friends. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Basically, what I've done is I've slowly morphed a friendship group together. Yeah. But I've been like, yep, you come here, you come here, and I've just, yeah. So I moved you into a flat with all my friends as well. Yes, exactly.
SPEAKER_01Like, I've got so many friends now. Where like going back to BG Brit before Georgia, I did not have much of a social life. Goes hand in hand with the anxiety and the lack of confidence and the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Now I'm constantly talking to people. I'm constantly out with people. I've got so many friends who I love and I spend time with. And so many of them came through the Georgia verse, but also just through the the gym in the gym in general, you know? Like, imagine if I'd never booked that PT session or like stuck that expression of interest in.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. If you never filled out the online form.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. That like I can't imagine any, like that one tiny little wee decision. And then that tiny decision from Camille matching us up together. Like, shout out Camille. Shout out Camille. Honestly. Yeah. I don't like nothing would be the same. Yeah. So there you go. Go to the gym. Change your life.
SPEAKER_00That's my advice. I think also just push, like put yourself, not so much put yourself out there as in do things that make you really uncomfortable, but do something that makes you slightly uncomfortable and have people around you that are like, oh, you're doing so good. Yes, exactly.
SPEAKER_01Supporting you, but also pushing you. Saying to you, no, don't move to Christchurch. I'm gonna mentor you to be a body pump instructor.
SPEAKER_00Do this other scary thing instead. Yes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Do this other scary thing. And then, you know, like I'm getting that push, but then at the same time, I'm just like being supported the whole way through it. Yeah. Um, but yeah, I I honestly, this is why I when Georgia came to me with the the No Rush Collective, I was like, this is exactly the kind of thing that I want to work for because Georgia has built her brand as Georgia Mayor based on these principles. And now she's also building that into No Rush Collective as well. And if I've had a journey like that, like you know, the journey from before Georgia to now. Um BG to A G. BG to A G. Honestly, I just want other people to have that too. Yeah. That's really cute.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I I don't even know what to say.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Like I love my life now. I did not love my life back then. I love your life too. I I love my life. I've got a I've got a fucking fantastic life. You do. Excuse my language. You're allowed to say the F-word on here. Yeah. I just I didn't fuck.
SPEAKER_00My name is gonna hate me if she listens to this.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, like I've got um, you know, I'm working in a field that I'm genuinely passionate about. I've got friends who I love and that love me. Um, I've got a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I love exercising, like genuinely.
SPEAKER_00Um a very supportive boyfriend who lets us do all of this stuff and helps us do it. Thanks, Dan. Thank you, Daniel.
SPEAKER_01He's he's in the background clapping. Great. Um, and yeah, just like a level of confidence that like I never would have thought I have, I would have. My parents have said to me many times, like especially when I first started group fitness instructing, they said like we would never have guessed. Like we would never who is this, pretty much. Yeah. And I think it's for the better. I hope it's for the better.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Well, let's wrap up our episode. Uh first of all, thank you to Walsh and Beck and the amazing Daniel for this setup. I would be lost without them. Uh Britt did the set design as well. I just rocked up and sat down on a chair and started talking, and that was about it. Yeah. Um, and I think if we're gonna summarize the messages, have people in your corner, but also, you know, do things, meet your body where it is, yes, while at the same time doing things that make you a little bit uncomfortable.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And if you want to change your life, like just tiny little decisions. Sign up to No Rush Collective. Sign up to No No Rush Collective. Genuinely. And I know this all sounds like an ad, however, honestly, I truly believe in it, and that's why I'm here.
SPEAKER_00So And we love to hear that.
SPEAKER_01And thanks to Georgia.
SPEAKER_00Thanks to you, Britt. Love you. Love you too. Daniel's gonna put sparkles. Yeah, he's doing this in the background. Okay, great. Stop it in your mic, he'll hate you. Sorry. Thanks for listening, guys. Goodbye. Goodbye.
